Brunnemann Named All-Region
ABILENE, Texas — Hardin-Simmons junior relief pitcher Tyler Brunnemann was named to the all-West region third team by the American Baseball Coaches Association.
He earned the same award a couple of weeks ago by D3baseball.com.
Brunnemann had a great season, going 3-1 with a 1.64 ERA and five saves in 19 appearances. The hard-throwing righthander struck out 55 batters in 33 innings of work and opponents hit just .195.
This summer he is pitching for Fayetteville in the Coastal Plain Collegiate League.
