Brackett enters his first season with the Cowboy program after a four-year playing career. He was a starter for parts of three seasons and is among the school's all-time leaders in assists and games played. He helped lead the Cowboys to the ASC Tournament two times and was part of the first ASC West Champions in 2005. He was a three-time academic All-ASC selection. He is finishing his student teaching and will graduate in December.
