Football Moved To 2 p.m. - Men's and Women's Soccer Canceled

ABILENE, Texas -- Hurricane Ike has not hit land as of yet, but with its expected effects on the weather there have been changes to three sports at Hardin-Simmons this weekend.

The HSU-Linfield football game has been pushed from a 6 p.m. start to a 2 p.m. kickoff.

The HSU soccer teams have canceled games slated for the weekend. The men were slated to play at St. Thomas in Houston on Friday and that game has been canceled. They will play at St. Mary's at 3 p.m. today.

The women's soccer team was scheduled to play at Trinity on Saturday night and that game has also been canceled.
