Hardin-Simmons' men's soccer team qualified for the American Southwest Conference Tournament in 2007, but its 8-8-1 record was not acceptable to coach Dan Heger. He went out and brought in 24 newcomers to go along with a solid returning unit and he expects the Cowboys to be back in the hunt for the league title.
