Cowboys Fall To Luther and Trinity

ABILENE, Texas -- Hardin-Simmons’ men’s tennis teams ended its regular season with a pair of Easter weekend losses, falling 8-1 to Trinity on Friday and 9-0 to Luther on Saturday at the Streich Tennis Center.

Trey Chavez won the only match for the Cowboys in the two duals with a 3-6, 6-4, 11-9 win over Andrew Hoing of Trinity.

The Cowboys close their regular season with a record of 6-10. They will play Mississippi College at 8:30 on Friday morning at McMurry in the first round of the American Southwest Conference Tournament.
