Men's Tennis Falls to UT-Tyler
ABILENE, Texas- Hardin-Simmons tennis team started its conference play off with a 7-2 loss to The University of Texas at Tyler, Saturday afternoon at Streich Tennis Center.
The Cowboys lost three close doubles matches and then fell in
four of the six singles matches.
Trey Chavez defeated Dallas Darnell, 6-4, 6-2 at No. 4 singles and
Nick Kreines won at No. 6 singles, 6-4, 1-6, 10-2, with the final
set being a pro set.
HSU is now 1-1 on the year and will return to action vs. Letourneau on Friday.
