Cowboys Fall To Trinity (Conn.)

CLAREMONT, Calif. — Hardin-Simmons' men's tennis team started its trip to California with an 8-1 loss to Trinity (Conn.) on Monday afternoon at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Universities in Claremont, Calif.

Michael McCullough and Nathan Chavez picked up the Cowboys' win at No. 1 singles, winning 9-7 over Musyoka Mbithi and David Myers.

HSU is now 1-7 and will play Pomona-Pitzer on Tuesday at noon. Trinity improved to 2-1 on the year.
