Cowboys Close Out California Swing

POMONA, Calif.  — Hardin-Simmons' men's tennis team closed out its California swing with a 9-0 loss to No. 3 Williams on Wednesday morning in Pomona, Calif.

Williams, who placed third in the nation last year, proved to be stout competition for the young Cowboys. The Ephs did not lose more than two games in any set in singles and three games in doubles.

HSU is now 1-10 on the year and will return to Texas to host Schreiner in American Southwest Conference action on March 29.
