Newcombe Earns National Honor

Lindsey Newcombe has been named to the D3hoops.com National Team of the Week for Division III for her performance in three games last week when she averaged 26.3 points, 12.3 rebounds and 3.7 blocks per game in a 2-1 week.

She had a season-best 33 points in a win over Concordia. She had 19 points in the second half in the loss to McMurry, after spending the last eight minutes of the first half on the bench with three fouls.

She was also named the ASC West Player of the Week for the fourth time this season.
