Women’s Golf Completes First Day at Cru Invitational

BELTON, Texas — Hardin-Simmons' women's golf team completed their first round of play at the Lady Cru Spring Invitational held in Belton.

The Cowgirls shot a 316 for the day and are competing as individuals as they do not have enough players to compete as a team. Brittany Alvarez finished the day tied in 69^th with 99, Traci Tschirhart finished in 74^th with 104 and Stephanie Jones finished 79^th with 113.

The tournament will conclude with 18 holes on Tuesday.
