ABILENE, Texas -- Hardin-Simmons' softball series with Texas Lutheran has been pushed back to a Sunday-Monday series due to the cold rainy conditions.

The two teams were schedule to open American Southwest Conference play on Friday but will now open with a 2 p.m. doubleheader on Sunday. The teams will play a noon twinbill on Monday.

Both teams come into the series with a 5-5 record on the young season.
