Cowgirls Compete At ITA

TYLER, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' women's tennis teams competed at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's regional championships over the weekend.

Newcomer Lauren Jay and Brittany Brazell each had the longest stay in the main draw as they won a pair of matches, before falling in the third round.  

Morgan Rainer and Danielle Cochran each advanced to the semifinals of the main draw consolation bracket.

All three doubles teams lost in the first round.
