Cowgirls Blank McMurry

ABILENE, Texas -- Hardin-Simmons’ women’s tennis team blanked McMurry 9-0 in American Southwest Conference West Division action on Tuesday afternoon at the Streich Tennis Center on the HSU campus.

The Cowgirls easily won all three double matches and did not drop a set in singles play. The most games any player lost was five as the Cowgirls dominated throughout.

HSU improved to 10-3 on the year and 5-0 in league play. HSU will play at Schreiner on Thursday to conclude ASC play and close the regular season with a match at Trinity on Friday. McMurry fell to 2-13 on the year and 1-4 in league play.
