ABILENE, Texas — Hardin-Simmons'women's tennis team fell 8-1 to Midwestern State on Wednesday at the Streich Tennis Center.

Genene Haddad and Lauren Jay teamed for a win at No. 1 doubles in the women's match for HSU. They beat Lindsey Holcomb and Sarita Adhikary, 8-6

The Cowgirls fell to 7-7 and Midwestern State is 7-9. HSU returns to action on April 17 against McMurry.
