

Sabrina Bingham is in her fourth year as the head coach of the HSU volleyball program. In her first three seasons she has produced a record of 64-28.
She is coming off a 22-7 year that saw the Cowgirls win the ASC West and then advance to the ASC Championship game. The Cowgirls have gone to five sets in two of the last three ASC Championship matches, before falling.
In 2008, the Cowgirls finished with a record of 20-12 and finished second in the ASC West. She led the Cowgirls to a 22-9 record and the Cowgirls tied with Texas Lutheran for the ASC West title in her first season.
The 22 wins, which Bingham has done twice, are the most in the ASC era for a Cowgirl team. It is also the most wins ever by a first-year head coach in the program.
In 2008, she coached Cowgirl Kaela Parnell to All-American honors. She is the first Cowgirl to earn All-American honors in program history.
Bingham, who played collegiately at the University of Alaska at Anchorage, has a counseling degree from Regent University. She has served as a Counselor at the Abilene Regional Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
Bingham has coached at various clubs and camps and was a varsity coach at Chugiak High School in Alaska and was a middle hitter coach at the University of Alaska-Anchorage, before pursuing her master’s.
She was a two-time team MVP for UAA and was also a two-year captain. She was an all-conference selection and a seven-time player of the week in the Pac West Conference. She had 1,102 career kills for UAA.
