Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 ABILENE, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' Cowboy tennis team went down to Texas A&M Texarkana and Texas-Dallas on Saturday playing at the Streich Tennis Center.
 
The Cowboys fell 8-1 to Texarkana and lost 7-2 to UTD in the ASC afternoon match at home.
 
Hardin-Simmons took one doubles match against Texarkana in the morning match. Jameson Sorrell and Jose Torrez defeated Alonso and Gonzalez 8-5 in the third flight of doubles.
 
The Cowboys took two doubles matches off of the UTD Comets in the ASC match after lunch.
 
Zach Fowler and Payne Smith defeated Qi and Bouquet of UTD 8-5 in the second doubles flight. Sorrell and Torrez went up 8-4 for the Cowboys playing Sam and Yerragudi in the third flight of doubles.
 
 The Cowboys fall to 7-11 on the season after this week and will have a few weekends before the American Southwest Conference Men's Tennis Championship Tournament beginning on May 2.
