Box Score MARSHALL, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' Cowboy soccer team had a big day with a 5-0 win at ETBU in American Southwest Conference play on Saturday.
 
The Cowboys defeated LeTourneau 4-0 on Thursday night and followed up with a 5-0 win at ETBU, scoring nine goals as a team this week.
 
Jack Sissen scored his second goal of the season with an assist from brother J.J. Sissen to get the Cowboys the lead 1-0. Jack's goal would end the game-winner in the shutout win.
 
Jakob Fiol took a ball in for goal to score the second Cowboy goal on the day. Fiol now has six goals to lead the Cowboys this season.
 
James Webb added his third goal of the year with an assist from Fiol to make it 3-0 Hardin-Simmons. Fiol is up to four assists this year which also leads the Cowboys.
 
Nick Ocasio scored his second goal of the season to put the Cowboys up 4-0. Ocasio was assisted by Thomas Saylae, for his third assist of the season.
 
Saylae went in for the final goal for Hardin-Simmons in the 5-0 win. Saylae is up to four goals for the Cowboys this year.
 
The Cowboys win and improve to 6-2-1 and 2-0 in the American Southwest Conference with another ASC match at home next Thursday when the Cowboys host the UMHB Cru at 7:30 p.m. at the HSU Soccer Complex.
