Box Score BELTON, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' Cowgirl tennis team fell 6-1 to Mary Hardin-Baylor on Thursday in the final match of American Southwest Conference play.
 
The Cowgirls dropped all three doubles matches for the point. Emma Curiel had the Cowgirl point in a win in the fifth singles match. She defeated Lane 6-4, 2-6, 1-0(10-7) in a split set.
 
The Cowgirls fall to 6-12 on the year and 3-1 in the ASC to finish second in the conference. HSU will wrap up the regular season on Friday at 9 a.m. playing UC Santa Cruz in Belton. The ASC Championship Tournament for the women will begin on May 1 at UMHB.
