Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 ABILENE, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' women's tennis team dropped a pair of matches against scholarship schools falling 5-0 to Texas Wesleyan on Saturday morning and falling 7-0 to Division I Sam Houston on Saturday at the Streich Tennis Center.
 
Against Texas Wesleyan, the Cowgirls did not win a match but Abigail Diamond was up a set at No. 6 singles when the match ended. Emma Curriel had a 6-5 lead at No. 5 singles as well.
 
Against SHSU, the No. 1 and No. 3 doubles teams battled to 6-4 matches and all six singles lost in straight sets.
 
The Cowgirls are now 2-2 on the year and return to action against Concordia on Saturday in Austin.
