ABILENE, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' Cowgirl basketball's
Jacqueline Berry picked up her second All-American honor of the 2025-26 season, announced by D3hoops.com on Saturday.
Berry joined the Cowgirl ranks as the ninth All-American in program history as a Women's Basketball Coaches Association honorable mention All-American released last week. She was named to the third-team All-American by D3hoops.com on Saturday.
Berry led the American Southwest Conference as the Player of the Year with 15.1 points a game and 6.7 rebounds a game. She was also named the D3hoops.com Region 10 Most Outstanding Player in her sophomore season.
She joins Donna Roberts (1994), Kathryn Otwell (2000), Kelly McClure (2000), Kendra Anderson (2002-03), Lauren Harris (2004), Natasha Blizzard (2023), Parris Parmer (2023), and Paris Kiser (2024).
Berry helped the Cowgirls finish the season with a record of 24-6 with an ASC championship and wins in the first and second rounds of the NCAA tournament. Hardin-Simmons reached the NCAA Sweet 16 against No. 1 NYU.
