Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' Cowboy tennis team dropped a pair of matches to the No. 16 ranked Trinity Tigers and at Our Lady of the Lake on the road Friday in San Antonio, Texas.
 
The Cowboys went down 7-0 to the top-25 ranked Trinity Tigers and fell 6-1 to OLLU on Friday.
 
Kayden Lengacher took a set off the fifth flight singles loss against Trinity to Flores, 6-7, 7-5, 0-10.
 
Hardin-Simmons took the first flight doubles match in the win 6-3 with the team of Payne Smith and Gabriel Harris.
 
Payne Smith later won the ace singles match in a split, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 against Our Lady of the Lake for the Cowboy point on the day.
 
The Cowboys finished the weekend with a record of 8-8 and will travel to Howard Payne for an American Southwest Conference match on April 11 in Brownwood, Texas.
