ABILENE, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' men's and women's tennis teams combined for six players named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team for 2025-26.
 
The Cowgirls had three selections, Brenna Gordon, Addyson Tylaska, and Emma Curie. Tylaska and Curiel both sported 4.0 career GPAs.
 
The Cowboy tennis team had three academic selections as well, sophomore Maddux Foster, junior Kayden Lengacher, and senior Brandon Curiel.
 
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Tennis teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes men's and women's tennis honorees in four divisions - NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
