2020

  • Ran distance and the steeplechase for the Cowboys. 
  • Broke his previous steeplechase record, running 10:19.42 at the HSU Invitational.
  • Had a best 800m of 2:03 and best 1000m of 2:42.
  • Named academic all-ASC. 

2019

  • Ran the 800m, 1500m, mile, 3k, 5k, 10k, 4k medley relay, and 3k steeplechase.
  • Part of the 4k distance medley indoor relay record team with a 10:51.69.
  • Set the Cowboy track record in the mile and 3k steeplechase. 
  • Placed sixth at the ASC Championships in the 1500m.
  • Placed fourth at the ASC Championships in the 3k steeplechase.
  • Named academic all-ASC.

2018

  • Ran the 800, 1000, 1500, Mile, 5000, and 3000S.
  • Competed in the 800, 1500, and 3000S at the ASC Championships. 
  • Finished third in the 3000S at ACU with a career-best time of 10:50.26.

  • Qualified for the state meet in cross country and track for coach Trisha Stannard at Sanderson High School.
