One of the top power hitters in the country.

2011: Leads the team with a .370 average and eight home runs and 28 RBIs. Has moved to second all-time at HSU with 26 HRs. Has hit two home runs in a game twice this season. Hit a HR in the season opener against defending national champion East Texas Baptist. Leads the team with 13 multi-hit games. 2010: Was named a second-team all-ASC and second-team all-region selection. Hit .347 with four home runs and 27 RBIs. Had eight hits and six RBIs in a weekend set with Howard Payne. 2009: Was selected ASC West Freshman of the Year, ASC West Division first team and second team all-region by the NFCA after setting the school record with 14 home runs and 51 RBIs. She hit .380 and had 44 runs scored. High School: She was named first-team all-district and second-team all-state in 2008. Personal: Daughter of Mark and Michele Namey.
