Nemec joined the Hardin-Simmons athletic training staff in June of 2025 with women's soccer and softball as her primary sports.
She previously worked as an MAT graduate student with football and track and field at Abilene Christian University. She had been at Texas Lutheran working with women's soccer before that, and previously worked with the equestrian team at Oklahoma State University.
Nemec is a native of Houston, Texas where she graduated from Logos Preparatory Academy. She is a current member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association. Nemec graduated from Hardin-Simmons in 2022 with her Bachelor os Science in Human Sciences. She received her Master of Athletic Training from Abilene Christian University in 2025.
