Hatch joined the Hardin-Simmons athletic training staff in October of 2024. She has been a certified athletic trainer since 2017. She primarily works with the volleyball and men's basketball teams at HSU.Â
She previously worked as an assistant athletic trainer at Wichita Falls Rider high school for four years. Hatch also spent three years working at Baptist Miami Orthopedic and Sports Medicine clinic.Â
She was awarded the Southwester Athletic Trainer's Association Research Award for one of her research projects that was later published.Â
She graduated from Jim Ned high school in Tuscola, Texas in 2012. She then graduated from Tarleton State in 2015 and UT Arlington in 2017. Â
She married her husband John in 2021 and they have two children, JC and Bettye.
