Johnie Snyder joined HSU as an athletic trainer on June 1, 2026 and will work primarily with men's basketball, men's and women's tennis, and the HSU cheer team.
She previously worked with Cisco College covering football, baseball, rodeo, women's soccer, and women's cross country.
Snyder worked as a graduate student with ACU football, Hardin-Simmons men's basketball, women's basketball, tennis, and dance team, North Texas football, and Arkansas Little Rock baseball.
She is a native of Phoenix, Ariz. and graduated from Abilene Christian University with her bachelor of science in kinesiology and her master of athletic training.Â
