Kyle Hewerdine was named the assistant men's soccer coach for Cowboy soccer beginning in July of 2026.
Coach Hewerdine graduated in 2024 from the University of Chichester in England where he played soccer for four years. He also spent time playing with East Preston FC and Selsey FC.
Hewerdine is a native of Nuneaton, UK and grew up in Keller, Texas where he played soccer and graduated from Keller high school. He then returned to England for university where he played and gained coaching experience, graduating from Chichester with a bachelor of science in football coaching and performance.
He is a life-long Leicester City FC supporter, having been born just a few miles away from Leicester.
