ABILENE, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' Cowgirl basketball team rolled to a 104-53 win over the University of Dallas Crusaders on Friday night at the Mabee Athletic Complex.
 
Dallas opened the game with a 3-pointer for their largest lead of the night and that was all she wrote. The Cowgirls went up 24-9 after the first and 51-27 at the half.
 
Hardin-Simmons outscored Dallas 28-9 in the third quarter for a 79-36 lead. HSU finished across the century mark with the 104-53 win.
 
The Cowgirls shot 47%, going 41-86 from the floor and made 14 3-point shots against Dallas. They out-rebounded Dallas 53-38 and only had six turnovers in the game.
 
Madison Williams led the Cowgirls with 21 points, shooting 7-10 and 4-7 from beyond the arc. She added seven assists to lead the team.
 
Jacqueline Berry benefited from most of those assists, shooting 6-6 for 14 points for the Cowgirls.
 
Camryn Richardson scored 11 points with three made 3-pointers in the fourth quarter alone. 
Allie Buchanan led the Cowgirls in rebounding with eight rebounds.
 
Thirteen different Cowgirls ended the big night with a bucket to help get to 104 points on Friday and improve to 8-1 on the season.
 
The Cowgirls will be back at the Mabee Complex on Saturday at 4 p.m. against the Austin College Kangaroos.
