2011: has been mostly the designated hitter for the Cowboys andhas hit .394 with a team-best seven home runs and 39 RBIs. Also has11 doubles and three triples and has a .693 slugging percentage,which is third in the ASC. Had two home runs in a 15-0 win overTexas Lutheran. Also had a solo home run over the green monster atHunter Field against TLU. 2010: Had a solid season as an outfielderand DH for the Cowboys. Started 28 games and hit .286 with fourhome runs and 27 RBIs. Had three hits, including a home run in anASC Championship series game against Louisiana College. Had astretch of 13 RBIs over a four-game period in the middle of theyear. Transferred to HSU after a year at Vernon College. Was afirst-team all-district selection and team MVP at Abilene HighSchool.
