Biography

2013: Zamora was primarily a pitcher for the Cowboys but did logsome innings at third base as well.  He threw 54.0 inningswhile starting five games and making 10 appearances out of thebullpen.  He struck out 42 while walking 15 batters.  Helogged at 2.50 ERA for the season and had a record of 7-3.  Herecorded a season-high seven strikeouts twice.  Zamora startedfour games at third base in 2013.  He had four hits in 14at-bats finishing with a batting average of .286. 2012: Startedseven games on the mound and finished the year with an 0-4 recordwith an 8.33 ERA. Worked six innings against UTD and allowed onlytwo runs in his first start of the season. Worked four scorelessinnings against No. 1 Trinity. 2011: Played in 27 games as afreshman mainly as a defensive replacement at second base. He hadfive starts. Hit .185 with one RBI.
