Garrett is a freshman from Tolar, Texas.  He went to Tolar High School where he was a state-qualifier twice while competing for coach Gregg Lee.  Son of Ann and Eldon Winston.  He has a brother, Grant, who also runs on the HSU Track Team.  Criminal Justice Major.  Born May 8, 1996.
