Cade Bell is in his second season on the HSU football staff after serving as a player and graduate assistant. 

Bell will again coach the running backs for the Cowboys.

A native of Southlake, Texas, Bell was a standout return specialist and wide receiver for the Cowboys. He earned All-ASC honors as a return specialist in 2021. 

He also has the school record for longest punt return with a 91-yarder for a touchdown. 

Bell has a bachelor's degree in exercise science from HSU.
