Glynn is in his third season as a full-time member of the coaching staff and his second season as the running backs coach. He will also remain in his role of HSU director of operations and recruiting coordinator.Â
In his first year coaching the running backs in 2025, the Cowboys led the ASC in rushing by almost 300 yards over the next closest team and had 34 rushing touchdowns, which were 14 more than the next best team.
Noah Garcia led the ASC in all-purpose yards and was named first-team All-ASC and All-American. Braylon Henry was fifth in the conference in rushing with 623 yards.Â
As a player, he led the Cowboys to their first American Southwest Conference title in 2023 as the starting quarterback. He served two seasons as the Cowboys' starter at quarterback.Â
For his career, he completed 327-of-508 passes for 35 touchdowns and 4,357 yards. He also ran for 747 yards and five touchdowns.Â
He was named a team captain and was a third-team All-ASC quarterback. He was a four-time academic all-ASC selection.Â
The Waco native, has a bachelor's in fitness, recreation and sports management and an MBA in sports business from HSU.Â
