2015

• Was off to a very solid start to his junior season when he broke his arm against McMurry in game five.
• He was leading the nation in passing efficiency and completion percentage.
• Was 70-for-91 for 1,048 yards and nine touchdowns with just two interceptions on the year.
• Completed 20-of-26 passes for 294 yards and three touchdowns and led a game-winning drive for a touchdown at nationally-ranked Texas Lutheran.
• Named academic all-ASC.

2014

• Had a solid initial campaign as the starter, completing 63.6 percent of his passes for 2,036 yards and 16 touchdowns.
• Best game of the year was against Louisiana College when he threw for 397 yards and four touchdowns.
• Also had four TDs against Trinity.
• Named academic all-ASC.

2013

• Was the backup quarterback and played in seven games.
• Completed 22-of-39 passes for 202 yards and two touchdowns.

High School

• Was a standout player for coach David Raffield at A&M Consolidated High School.
• Won the team encourager award, top off season athlete and graduated cum laude.

• Son of Sky and Kerry Garner.
• Has a brother, Riley and a sister, Camryn.
• His grandfather played football at Texas Tech and later coached at the high school level with former HSU coach Jimmie Keeling.
