Biography

2014: Worked in five games and six innings as a pitcher and had five strikeouts. Also had 28 at-bats and hit .250 with four RBIs. 2013: She logged 106 innings as a freshman, compiled a record of 4-10 and finished her first year with an ERA of 5.28.  She recorded two complete-game shutouts against Schreiner.  High School: Swindell came to HSU after a great four years of playing for Coach Crawford at Seymour High.  She was named all-district, district co-pitcher of the year, two-time district MVP and team MVP.  She is the daughter of Jimmy and Maria Swindell.  She has a brother Jimmy and sister Jessica.  She is a nursing major.
