Biography

2014: Hit .244 with a home run and 15 RBIs. Had seven multi-hit games, including a stretch of four straight. Had five RBIs and scored four times in the season-opening doubleheader against Southwestern. Drive in three runs two times against Ozarks. Named academic all-ASC. 2013: Willis logged some innings throughout the year in the circle but started the majority of the time at third base.  She logged 14.1 IP while starting two of the three games she appeared as a pitcher.  Offensively, she had 32 hits, 12 RBI, scored 14 runs and hit one home run.  She finished the year with a .281 batting average.  Against Schreiner she had two hits and three RBI.  2012: Started 31 games as a freshman and had a .253 batting average with one home run and 10 RBIs. High School: Willis had a standout career for L.D. Bell high and Coach Shivers.  She was a three-time all-district, four-time academic all-district selection and named team MVP.  She is the daughter of Kevin and Cala Wills.  She has a brother Kyle and sister Camryn.  She decided on HSU over Southwestern and Texas Wesleyan.  She is a biology major.
