Cowgirls Beat Concordia In Non-Conference Action

BELTON, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' women's soccer team beat Concordia 3-0 on Saturday night in non-conference action at Mary Hardin-Baylor.

HSU scored the first goal in the 26^th minute on a corner kick. Kenne Kessler scored off a double assist from Kirsten Parrish scored off Tori Waters' corner.

HSU added a pair of goals in the second half by Kami Jones and Sarah Phillips.

It was the third shutout of the year for the Cowgirls. Lexi Stinson worked the game in goal.

The Cowgirls open American Southwest Conference action at Ozarks and Texas-Tyler next weekend.
