ABILENE, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' women's tennis teams dropped a pair of 9-0 matches to Division II teams Dallas Baptist and St. Edward's on Friday at the Streich Tennis Center.

The Cowgirls did not when a set in either match. Michaela Ellison played a pair of close matches. She lost 7-5, 6-4 to Dallas Baptist and 6-2, 7-6 to St. Edward's both at No. 1 singles.

The Cowgirls are now 0-4 on the season and will host Austin College on Saturday at 10 a.m.
