ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Hardin-Simmons' men's tennis fell 8-1 to Chapman on Monday at the Anaheim Tennis Center.
Chapman won all three doubles including a pair of tight matches at No. 1 and No. 2 to take the early control.
Alex Hunt won the only singles match for the Cowboys with a 1-6, 6-0, 6-4 win at No. 1 singles over Josh Smarsfield.
The Cowboys are now 5-7 on the year and Chapman improved to 1-6. HSU will close its Spring Break trip on Tuesday with Whittier at 11 a.m.
