ARLINGTON, Texas – Hardin-Simmons' men's tennis team defeated the Dallas Baptist Patriots of Division II 4-3 on Friday on the road.

Brice Bradshaw and Nathaniel Schoendorf won doubles No. 1, 6-3. James Moore and Desmond O'Shea went 6-3 to take doubles No. 2 and Davyn Williford and Zach Fowler completed the doubles sweep with a 7-6 (7-4) win.

Bradshaw played to a win in singles No. 1 going 7-5, 6-4. Moore won 6-2, 6-1 in singles No. 3. Fowler finished the day with a 4-6, 6-1, 1-0 (10-5) split for the Cowboys at singles No. 6.

The Cowboys improve to 2-2 on the year and will continue on the road at Texas Dallas in a nonconference match Saturday at noon in Richardson.
