ORLANDO, Fla. – Hardin-Simmons' men's tennis team fell to the top ranked Spartans of Case Western Reserve 9-0 on Saturday in the first match of the Cowboy spring break trip to Florida.
Case Western was ranked No. 1 in Division III on Friday by the ITA. Their team includes three players ranked in the top-40 in singles and the No. 1 ranked doubles team.
Brice Bradshaw played in the first singles match against No. 34 James Hopper and fell 6-2, 6-2.
Nathaniel Schoendorf played No. 40 Vishwa Aduru and went down 6-3, 6-3 for the Cowboys in the second singles match.
Desmond O'Shea got to match up with No. 18 Ansh Shah in the fourth singles match and lost 6-0, 6-1.
The Cowboys go to 6-4 and will play Skidmore on Monday at 12 noon in Orlando.
