Had his senior season cut short by a kneeinjury in the second game of the year. He received a medicalhardship and will be back for his senior season. 2009: Was off to agreat start to the season. He caught 11 passes for 140 yards andtwo touchdowns against Whitworth and then had a 14-yard catchagainst Linfield before injuring his knee in the first half. Wasnamed one of the top 18 scholar-athletes in all divisions ofcollege football last season and was awarded the National FootballFoundation scholar-athlete award. He received an $18,000 postgradscholarship and went to New York City for the awards ceremony.Named academic all-ASC. 2008: Was one of the top return men in theconference and also made great strides in the receiving game. Hemoved outside midway through the year and had 42 catches for 685yards and eight TDs. He averaged 24.4 yards per kick return. He seta school record with a 100-yard return against Sul Ross State. Setthe school record with 1,181 kickoff return yards. Named the ASCFootball Sportsmanship Athlete of the Year. Was first-team All-ASCas a receiver and second as a kick returner. 2007: Set a schoolrecord with 750 return yards. Had a pair of kicks returned fortouchdown, a 92-yarder against Texas Lutheran and a 67-yarderagainst McMurry. Also served as the second slotback and had 17catches for 242 yards and three touchdowns. Had a 79-yard touchdowncatch against East Texas Baptist. Averaged 102.1 all-purpose yardsper game. 2006: Played in six games as a freshman, recording fourcatches for 38 yards.
