Gilbreth put together one of the most productive careers of any Cowgirl. She ranks second all time with 71 goals scored and is third with 173 points. She was a four year starter and a four time all- ASC first team selection. She was twice named ASC player of the year and helped the Cowgirls win three ASC titles. She is a two time team MVP. In 2000 she ranked first in ASC in goals, points, shots & game winning goals. She is married to Greg McMinn and they have three boys Stone, Slate and Steel.
